Add Excel Doclet - Disclosure Management

Receiving error message upon adding an Excel doclet

When I try to add an Excel doclet to my Master Document in Disclosure Management, I receive the error message below. I am able to successfully add Word doclets, but not Excel doclets.

Has anyone received a similar or same message? How did you resolve?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
