Hello,

I've been asked the following by our business. Are there any functionalities or best practices for Taleo that can be used to insure that hiring managers are presented with a diverse slate of candidates for jobs to be filled? We are utilizing diversity questions. Candidate responses are not visible to Recruiters and Hiring Managers in order to prevent bias.
