User is unable to reassign an invoice accounting workflow after claiming it

Hi All,

The invoice accounting coding workflow has been configured to go to an Approval group.

One of the users in the Approval group claims the notification , the Reassign option is available but when the users reassigns to another user , it doesnt work .

Is this supported? Any ideas
