retain user information post clone

Hello,

Is it possible to retain the user information like the username and the roles that are assigned to him/her after the clone in a NON-PROD Oracle Cloud Applications?

Every time the instance is cloned we have to create either some users or have to add certain roles to the existing users as they are lost after the clone.
