Item Revisions in Supply Chain planning

Item Revisions in Supply Chain planning - In case item has 2 revisions active across organizations does planning consider respective revisions.

We have a requirement where a single item can have multiple revisions active at a given point of time. Item revisions can exist across different inventory organizations. Does planning when collect data considers both revisions either across orgs or even within a single organization?

I referred couple of tables where i see Item revisions are captured but for collected data that plan_id = -1 there is no value for the same.
