Setup Dynamic Approval Rules for Negotiation Approval

Hi,

We have a coexistence model, where purchase requisition are created in EBS and the Negotiation is created in Fusion.

Name of the requester in PR is stored in the Fusion negotiation header DFF.

Requirement is when the negotiation is submitted for approval it has to be first submitted to the requester for approval. Any employee in the organization can be a requester (400+). We do not want to write static 400+ rules, which mentions the requester's name, to route the approval to him/her.

So ,is there a way where er can write a single rule where the system dynamically picks the requester's name from the DFF and routes the negotiation to him/her for approval?
