How to hide the Job applications status of a Candidate in his/her profile inside the career site

Hi,

I would like to know if there is the possibility to show in the candidate profile inside the external career site, only the list of the Job Requisitions for which he/she applied, hiding the label which indicates and differentiates the Active job applications from the Inactive job applications. Furthermore I would like to hide the Candidate Status related to each Job application (see the screenshot 'Candidate_status.PNG' that I attached), which is another indicator for the active/inactive job applications (the active Job applications have the Status: Under consideration, while the inactive job applications have the Status: Not retained).
