    Life events not triggering when loading data through HDL

    Tried Working hours updates, Terminations etc through HDL, but life events did not trigger

    Hi All,

    We are trying bulk data updates through HDL for assignment working hours reductions or Terminations etc. But none of them are triggering the life events in benefits.

    Is that a known issue? Or am I missing something?

    Please let us know if any one else faced similar issue and if they had a resolution.

    Till now, we had been running the batch process to trigger the potential event using a person selection rule.

    But the HDLs also should be triggering these life events once the transactions are completed.
