Restrict Individual compensation plan for admins only

We are using this administer compensation under individual compensation plan for admins.

However we want restrict plans for each admin

consider 10 individual plans are defined for admins then admin1 shd have access to 2 and admin2 shd have access 5 only.

admin1 should not see the 5 plans which are available to admin2

 

Requirement is to restrict Individual compensation plan access to particular user only. I did not see any option to restrict a plan for particular user. If Organization is having 50 plans. Admin(user) should get access for one/two plans.

Please suggest on this.
