Grid setting error

We have a report that is failing when connected to Prod, but runs without issue against Test.  Prod and Test metadata is identical, changes we made Monday to the entity hierarchy were made in Prod this morning.  Adding more strangeness to the issue, a similar report with the same set up for entity in the report runs against both environments without issue.  I thought maybe there was a delay between metadata updates in Planning and availability in MR, but since the other report works fine, that doesn't seem to be the case.

Any ideas or is a SR in order?
