Why does extract RTF results have ?" " in the first column?
Summary
Copy of an existing extract, first column should show blank but instead is showing ?" "Content
We have a demographic extract for employees that is currently running fine, but are making a new version of this for our contingent workforce. The new extract is putting ?" " in the first column of the report which is a blank field normally. All other data appears correct, and there are no errors in the extract. How do we find the reason for the weird characters appearing?
