Is it possible to overwrite a field having a dynamic column configured?

Hello experts,

I have included a custom field in compensation plan and this field has dynamic columns conditions behind it.

However, I have noticed that if the condition works I cannot edit that field (this is the expected behavior). However, if the condition is not met; I cannot write any values. Is there a way to avoid the latter behavior? The aim is to edit that field if the condition is not met.
