2nd Pass Application and Collecting EEO Information
I have two questions I'm looking for feedback on.
1) Do you have a 2nd pass application, and if so, what information do you collect there? Do you require an e-signature, and if yes, do you also require an e-signature on your 1st pass application? Since the candidate record only has one spot for e-signature, how would you track an e-signature on both applications? How do you track completion of your 2nd pass application, since the Submission Complete indicator would be marked as complete for the 1st pass application?
2) Where do you collect your Diversity information and when? Is it part of the 2nd pass application, or do you collect it somewhere different?
