Electronic Signature Date Blank in Reporting

Once our Organization updated to 20B we no longer can report off of Signature Date of the Offer Letter to get the Accepted Date. When I go into test where I am a recruiter I can see the candidate that has accepted with their signature date so it tells me this might be a security problem.

The only thing that I see in the patch notes from 20B that would have impacted this would be this:

As an administrator, you can allow broader access to job offers by users who aren't part of the offer team, by defining data roles based on person security profile.
