Incorrect Reported and Calculated Absence Hours in Time Card


Hi Experts,

Need your advise on the following issue. Here are my pointers:

1. OTL & Absence have been configured

2. Separate approval process has been setup for Time Card and Absence. Approving the Time Card will not approve the Absence request and Approving the Absence will not approve the Time Card

3. All Absence requests will show up on the Time Card as READ ONLY

4. Once the Time Card is Submitted by the employee, it cannot be edited. The only way to make a change is through Request Change option


Now, we are seeing this issue with Time Card in Submitted status. If any Absence Request is updated by the Employee, the same is getting updated in Time Card. However, the Calculated hours is not showing the correct hours. But Reported Time is showing the correct hours. I have attached the screenshot. In this case, the employee has requested for 4 days leave and then it was changed to 3 days leave. All the Absence requests have been approved. We are seeing this with Time Cards in Submitted Status
