We are in the process of rolling out virtual ILTs via HCM Learning/WebEx integration, however what we have found as quite a large challenge is the inability to include the WebEx meeting URL / password in the iCal meeting that the employee downloads from the enrollment. It seems the only thing we can do is put in the description of the offering that the attendee needs to log into Learning 10 minutes before to make sure they can click through the current learning and into the link.
