What User type permission grants access to see answers of Disqualification Questions as provided by candidates?

We have Disqualification questions block added in job submission candidate file and then again enabled Edit prescreening information in Recruiting> Candidates> Candidate information & ; still it does seem to work.

Any idea which permission is still required and if any other setting needs to be enabled.
