We're using compensation for the first time this year for performance rating calibration purposes.  We've noticed that on the worksheet (and the chart/graph), the performance ratings are displayed in the opposite order in which they display in the performance document.  We want them to display like they do in performance (the best rating shows first, down to the "worst" rating).  Is there configuration somewhere that governs how the ratings display on the worksheet?  A field on the rating model, or somewhere else?  See screenshots below for examples of the differences.  It will be an inconsistent experience if our managers and
