Delta Type column in DOO_FULFILL_LINES_ALL table

Hi,

We got a requirement to identify the operation (create,update,delete,cancel) carryout on the given sales order in fusion so we will push that specific change to the downstream system using integration cloud.So we are using the order fulfillment request web service (being called in custom DOO) to capture the order details where we come across one of the column called "DELTA_TYPE" at fulfillment line level.

When I did select distinct delta_type from DOO_FULFILL_LINES_ALL, I got the below list. Please help me understand what are these codes and corresponding meaning.
