Approvers could edit a cancelled requisition

Hi,

Please find the issue we faced below.

1) On 22 July, requester submits the requisition. An approval notification is generated and sent to the approver.

2) On 23 July, requester realises his mistake and withdraws the requisition and cancels it.

3) On 24 July, Approver opens the notification which is awaiting in his worklist and clicks edit requisition to correct the mistake. Now, in the edit mode, the approver notices the requisition line is cancelled. However to get out of the edit mode, he has to add something to this requisition and click submit button, otherwise this requisition will be hanging in the approvers cart forever.
