No Metadata File exists - while loading the Transactions

Import Accounting Transactions has error out because of "No Metadata File exists" However we have all Three files(Metadata_AHC_LOANS, XlaTrxH, XlaTrxL)zipped and tried to upload.Can you advise why is it so saying no Metadata file.

Here is what i have in Metadata file

Metadata version number : 1
ZIP Version number : 1
Creation date : 2020-07-22 09:24:26.0
Application Short Name : AHC_LOANS
Date format : yyyy-MM-dd
Transaction Headers file : XlaTrxH.csv
Transaction Lines file : XlaTrxL.csv
