Manage Job Offers - How to control the data security policies

Hi Team,

I am looking for the options to control the data security policies for "Manage Job Offers" in quick access. I did not find any option to control the data security for this task. We would like to give the task access to recruiter so that they can manage offer drop but they should not be able to see all the offers in the system.

Please provide your inputs.
