Not able use extensible flex fields in ADP global payroll interface v2

As per ADP oracle HCm implementation document we have created extensible flex field in assignment page and run the flow to create a data base item and used in Fast formula still it is not reflecting any data in extract ouput XMl.Please refer below Fast formula and steps performed.

Steps
1.Updated the LOOKUP_TYPE = 'ORA_HRY_EXTND_DATA_FORMULA_MAP to Y
2.Added fast formula name against lookup code used in lookup type.
3.Please refer below fast formula used.

Default for RULE_VALUE is 'NULL'
