Default Candidate Selection Workflow

Hi everyone,
I have two candidate selection workflows that should be available for users to select. One of these (Professional) is set as the Default Workflow but when users create a Requisition, it is the other CSW (Early Careers) that appears in the Requisition form.
Hopefully the screenshots will show the setup we have in our Stage environment.
Has anyone experienced this before? Does anyone have any suggestions on what is wrong?
