Fast Formula to pull in the current hire date instead of the date of the global transfer assignment.

I need assistance in changing the fast formula below. We would like to have the current hire date listed for global transfers instead of the date of the new assignment (global transfer).

For example, If I was hired on 9/1/1980 and my global transfer was on 1/20/20 the hire date on our compensation work sheet will read 1/20/20 instead of 9/1/80 for global transfers. My desired outcome is to have the 9/1/80 (current hire date).
