Possible To Update Compensation History

Right now on the View Compensation History page, it pulls the salary as of December 31st except for the current year which shows the employee's current base salary. Because of the effective date of our increases, sometimes the incorrect salary shows on this page. For example, for 2020, the effective date of our salary increases was 12/29/19. Because of this, the 2020 salary shows in the 2019 and 2020 columns when in actuality, we want to see the salary as of 12/28/19 in the 2019 column (the day before the new effective date).

 

My question is, what are other companies doing who are also not doing calendar year merit?
