Payslip State Tax Withholding Mismatch

edited Sep 18, 2020 11:10PM in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI) 5 comments

Summary

The Payslip is pulling in the wrong value from what is displayed in the system.

Content

Hello!

I have an issue where my users data in the system for their state withholding is not matching the data pulling into the payslip.

We run payroll in the system and use ADP to process the payments.

I have attached a screenshot of the data as it exists in the system and then a portion on the bottom is what pulled into the payslip.

Did anyone else encounter this issue and resolve it? I am not a payroll module administrator and am approaching this as a BI administrator so I am unsure if this is a setup issue in the system or an issue with the variables I am pulling on the customized payslip.
