How to default multiple entry count

From documentation you can use expression or valueset to determine for assignment, element the last sequence no (ie. multiple entry count) so you can default in spreadsheet loader. If you've done that can you share the syntax of the valueset and how it's configured in the Spreadsheet loader configuration.
