In Flex Recruiting, we had the approval process to trigger automatically when the hiring manager creates the requisition and Saves it. This helped in requisition not sitting in draft and unattended.

But in Fluid Recruiting 20B, we are not able to achieve this. I wanted to check how other customers are handling it as the hiring manager may miss the next separate step to click More Actions > Submit for Approval.

Also wanted to know when this Recruiting Assistant functionality will be available in Fluid Recruiting.
