Mass Override Rates
Summary
Mass Override RatesContent
Hello Everyone
We are implementing Benefits and migrating from a TPA. The deduction rates between the TPA and our Oracle Cloud Benefits Setup does not match and varies.
After completing the conversion we could get the differences and now trying to Mass override the rates in Oracle Cloud.
From the UI you can use the override functionality to update these rates. But when you have many employees who needs these changes i thought of using HDL. Using HDL i have updated the Element Input values thinking the updated value would show up in enrollments. But that did not work.
