We are struggling with our process with self service life events that we have turned on such as a Marriage, Birth, Divorce, etc. We need to obtain a document from the employee but haven't found an easy way to do that as part of self service. We know there is a Document Records area but employees are confused as they go through the enrollment screens and then have to go to the Document Records tab after the fact. Wondering what other companies are doing?
