Talent reviews - adding notes to talent review meeting

Visibility of talent review meeting notes, when saved and not submitted

Hi, 

Is there a way to stop notes that are created during talent review meetings to not be visible to the manager/employee until the meeting is 'submitted'?

Currently, if I create a note during the talent review meeting and click 'save and close' as opposed to 'submit' the employee can see the note within the 'feedback' tile. 

Please advise.
