Summary

Inability to log into DCS Portal using signed up user

Hi guys,

Hope you are all doing well and staying safe.

Im facing a few issues when logging in to DCS Portal with a newly created Self Service User on one of the oracle demo instances.

The steps i followed are:

  • Created a contact and assigned it to an account
  • Opened the staged DCS Application. Provided sign up Details (FirstName, LastName, EmailAddress and OrganizationName)
  • Got automatically approved and added to the list of self service users. (Based on profile option configurations)
  • The welcome email arrived to the email account (This took a while, but happened when i was running the scheduled processes for user roles; Not sure if it was just a coincidence)
