Need to modify basic search on Team Time Cards

Summary

We want to add department and location fields to the Basic Search(Application Default) on the Team Time Cards

Currently we have 8 fields for searching on the Team Time Cards UI. We want to add department and location fields to the Basic Search(Application Default) on the Team Time Cards.

Is there any way of doing it. We are not looking to create saved search as customer wants to have it on the basic search itself
