Manage Summary Revenue - how is Actual Cost calculated?

Hi,

We are using 20B (11.13.20.04.0).

When we check some contracts, the Actual Cost value is zero, yet for others, the Actual Cost has a value.

I am searching with Interval set to Year and Accounting Period set to 2020.

For two sample Contracts, one has a zero value Actual Cost, the other has a value of 238,531.51.

I might be looking in the wrong place, but if I I go to Projects > Costs, and export the Costs for the Projects associated with the Contracts, and do a Pivot of Costs per Revenue Status and Year, each Project does have Costs against it.
