Error status after running the task "Review and submit accounting configuration"

Hello, I have imported csv files for the task "Manage Primary Ledgers" and the importation was completed successfully. After that, I clicked on “Submit” in the task “Review and submit accounting configuration” and the status ended up in error. There is no further information on this particular issue. Moreover, when I checked the Scheduled Processes, I have the message "Flattening Program completed in failure” but I am not able to identify why it is in error.
