SHL Assessments and Returning candidates

Is anyone using SHL for their assessment vendor that would like to share how they handle returning candidates? Our current design/configuration doesn't load assessment results until they are put in that particular phase/state where we trigger the assessment. We would like to see the results posted as soon as that returning candidate applies.
