Legacy recruiting allowed navigation from Candidate View to Req. No longer available?

 We would like to navigate from the Candidate View to the Active Submission Requisition for editing purposes. This was possible in Legacy and now is not an option. The only option from the Candidate View is to view the requisition without the option to edit. Is this a bug or can I configure this option?
