Hi Everyone,

Upon creation of a subscription, total contract value doesn't appear for a specific customer. When that same product is used with an existing customer to create a subscription, that subscription shows a total contract value. Checking the OSS_SUBSCRIPTION table, the subscription that's not showing a total contract have STATUS = ORA_DRAFT and missing a value for PRICING_STRATEGY_ID.

Can you suggest a good place to start looking why that specific customer is not allowing a new subscription to show a total contract value?
