When proxying as a leader the population switcher and name search fields are visible without clicking on the arrows.  When logged in as a leader, the population switcher and name search field will only be visible after clicking on the arrows.  Has anyone else experienced this?  If so, please advise how to make these fields visible without clicking the arrows.
