As many of you are aware, a Memorandum on Deferring Payroll Tax Obligations was issued on Saturday, August 8th. Oracle is closely monitoring developments as the details are not yet clear. At this time, we are positioned to analyze and recommend necessary changes to the product in response to COVID-19 as soon as we have more clarity. We are also working with our partners to ensure we conduct a comprehensive impact analysis.
