ORC capability to tag prospects for campaign reasons

Hi Everyone, 

My customer currently has a CRM tool that they like but want to learn more about ORC's capabilities to tag prospects/candidates and then create campaigns regarding these tags. Can anyone share what they are doing currently within ORC to support this requirement as I am not seeing any documentation on this within the user guides?
