After the move to RUX I've been trying to figure out how to make the dashboard more meaningful.
We show almost 2k counts of people with pending actions. I beleive these are in most cases old pending action data from prior plan years. How can we clean this up to only show relevant pending actions for the current plan year?
In this view I show 10 people with active life events. When I click the link there are only two people there. This is misleading and confusing to the benefit group.
Please share any successful dashboard configurations that your organization found helpful.
