Talent Profile NUX - Performance Rating is not displaying in sequential order

This causes the wrong performance rating for the current Talent Review to be incorrect

Wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue where the dates for performance rating on the Talent Ratings section is out of sequential order for some employees. Instead of the Talent Review pulling the rating from the performance evaluation, it is pulling from the top of stack rating which is from a previous talent review meeting.  The completion date for the performance evaluation was in December and the previous meeting was completed in October.
