We are seeking to send bell notifications through Trigger to newly added Resources to SR

Content

We are trying to enable a trigger to notify agents (resources) who are added to the team on a Service Request. It is not clear which object we should be referencing and how to notify only newly added resources that they have been added to an issue to help resolve the SR.

 

I believe this is to be done on object Service Request Resource, and I think the RecipientPartyID would be the MemberID, but not certain there.

 

Can anyone provide an example of how they are accomplishing this?
