Schedule Job to run using the Import a File in HCM Data Loader

We are collecting data in a survey, like Survey Monkey, and that data is formatted specific to our file layout needs when using the worker.dat load in HCM Data Loader.  Can someone help us schedule this import to run on a schedule timeline and navigate out to a specific location to retrieve the file.
