Summary

New hire entered contact/dependent information as part of benefit enrollment, but seeing "Dependent Requires Legislative Identifier" as pending action item for both dependents.

Content

Dependents have legislative identifier entered but not SSN. User is now prompted to complete pending action item Dependent Requires Legislative Identifier.

I searched forums and one steps to clear out action item (Evaluation and Reporting --> Manage Action Item) and ran process to close out action item. This did not seem to work. What steps can I take to clear out this action item?
