- Before 20B role working well.We made a top copy of the seeded Benefits Administrator role. Removed only the Person Management role (from Role Hierarchy) and Added the View Person and View Work Terms & Assignment.
- Purpose of role - Allow Ben Admin access to view person data (no edit) from the Benefits service center and person management.
- Issue - Custom role cannot access inactive persons from the Benefits Service Center. This is causing heavy maintainance as we have to support viewing and updating inactive employees benefits.
