20B Fluid. I need to see Group Items in the center stage channels

In Legacy recruiting there is the Information filter which allows you to swap between items I own and All or Group. In Fluid center stage this filter is missing.

Our client has a team that works on a shared work queue, therefore they need to be able to view the center stage channels from a group perspective to see everything in progress not just those they personally own.

After 20B, this continues to work fine in Legacy - it shows a filter here that can swap between those you own, all or group. How do I configure Fluid to have it there also as this is critical for the client? (I am logged in as the exact same user, legacy shows the filter, fluid doesn't so it isn't a permission issue)
