Essbase Data Export not matching BSO Amounts viewed via SmartView

Data Export (Application > Overview > Export Data) extract amounts are not matching the amounts in the related BSO cube's intersections when viewed via a SmartView Ad Hoc Analysis Grid

We are having issues where the Essbase Data Export (Application > Overview > Export Data) extract is showing a multitude of decimals for a handful of intersections where those amounts only have two decimals when surfaced via a SmartView Ad Hoc Analysis Grid at the lowest level of detail from the same BSO cube for which we ran the extract. We verified each of the cells and SmartView is not matching what the extract shows for those intersections. We even tried running a rounding rule and no luck.
